When jacking at the front, you'll have to make a lifting rig out of a length of 4x4 lumber bolted to the floor jack cradle to support the car under the frame rails. When jacking at the rear, place the jack cradle at the center of the rear axle. When jacking at the sides, use the 4x4 mount at the mid-point of the floor panel, just inside the door. Jackstands should be placed only at the reinforced frame rail pads.
