Fuel Level Sensor 2 Performance

Possible Causes:



Use the Freeze Frame and/or Failure Records data in order to locate an intermittent condition. If you cannot duplicate the DTC, the information included in the Freeze Frame and/or Failure Records data may aid in determining the number of miles since the DTC set. The Fail Counter and Pass Counter can also aid in determining the number of ignition cycles that the diagnostic reported a pass and/or fail. Operate the vehicle within the same Freeze Frame conditions, including those for RPM, for engine load, for vehicle speed, for temperature, and for others. This will isolate when the DTC failed. Refer to Testing for Intermittent Conditions and Poor Connections in Wiring Systems.

Intake Air Temperature (IAT) Sensor 1-2 Correlation

Possible Causes:



1. A slight to moderate resistance in either signal or low reference circuit, can widen the spread between the two IAT sensors, and cause this DTC to set.
 
2. An IAT sensor that is skewed lower at various ambient temperatures, due to more resistance than is normal, can widen the spread between the two sensors and cause this DTC to set. Measure and record the resistance of the IAT sensor 1 and IAT sensor 2 at various ambient temperatures, and then compare those measurements to the Temperature vs. Resistance Table. Refer to Temperature Versus Resistance .
 
3. Inspect IAT sensor 1 and sensor 2 terminals, for corrosion or a poor connection.
 
4. If the ignition has been OFF for more than 10 hours, then determine which IAT sensor is skewed by comparing ECT, IAT sensor 1, and IAT sensor 2 parameters with a scan tool.

Possible Causes:



If all circuit tests are OK, ensure the transmission pass through connector and harness terminals are clean and not damaged, and the charging system is functioning correctly.
 
Verify there is a good connection at the body control module (BCM) especially if DTC P0700 is also set with this code.

Transmission Torque Request Circuit

Possible Causes:



This diagnostic trouble code may set due to low system voltage. Ensure that the vehicle battery has passed a load test and is completely charged. Refer to Battery Inspection/Test . Verify charging system is operating correctly. Refer to Charging System Test . Verify there is no parasitic drain on the battery. Refer to Battery Electrical Drain/Parasitic Load Test .

Turbocharger Boost Control Position Sensor Performance

Possible Causes:



Verify that any electrical aftermarket devices are properly connected and grounded. Refer to Checking Aftermarket Accessories .
 
A MAP sensor that is skewed or bias may cause this DTC to set.
 
A restricted oil supply feed to the turbocharger may cause this DTC to set. Refer to Turbocharger Lack of Oil Supply .

Possible Causes:
