Fuel Pump Flow Performance

Possible Causes:



This DTC sets when the FPCM detects a predetermined fuel pressure performance degradation between the desired fuel rail pressure and the current fuel rail pressure.

Fuel Pump 2 Flow Insufficient

Possible Causes:



The ECM does not detect a change of 3 L (0.7925 gal), in both the primary and the secondary fuel level sensors, with the secondary pump commanded ON for 200 seconds.

Possible Causes:



The ECM detects a primary fuel level increase and a secondary fuel level decrease of less than 2.6 liters (0.70 gallons) each, within 120 seconds.

Possible Causes:



DTC P2670 sets when the TCM detects a low voltage condition, less than 6.0 volts, in 3 solenoids in the HSD2 circuit.

The TCM detects an incorrect off-going clutch gear ratio, or tie-up, when the 2-6 clutch is commanded OFF for 0.5 seconds and the transmission input shaft speed is greater than 40 RPM from the anticipated input shaft speed.

Possible Causes:

The TCM detects an incorrect off-going clutch gear ratio, or tie-up, when the 1-2-3-4 clutch is commanded OFF for 0.5 seconds and the following is achieved:
 
The 1-2-3-4 clutch commanded pressure is 0 kPa for a calculated amount of time.
 
The transmission input shaft speed is less than 40 RPM from the anticipated input shaft speed.
 
The output shaft speed is greater than 60 RPM.

DTC P2724 sets when the TCM determines the off-going clutch controlled by pressure control solenoid 3 (PCS3) remains engaged during a forward range shift.

The Transfer Case Ratio is 2.64-2.9 for 2 seconds.
 
Both conditions must be met twice.
 
Condition 2
 
The 4WD low switch is in 4WD low.
 
The Transfer Case Ratio is 0.8-1.75 for 2 seconds.

HO2S Performance Bank 1 Sensor 2

Possible Causes:



P2A01
 
The ECM detects that the sensor did not transition below 200 mV and above 730 mV during the passive test.
 
One of the following tests fail:
 
The Lean Intrusive Test detects that the sensor is more than 200 mV for 12 seconds.
 
The Rich Intrusive Test detects that the sensor is less than 730 mV for 12 seconds.
 
DTC P2A01 sets within 5 minutes when the above conditions are met.

HO2S Performance Bank 2 Sensor 2

Possible Causes:



P0153
 
The ECM detects that the HO2S 1 rich-to-lean or lean-to-rich average response time is more than a calibrated value.
 
DTC P0133 sets within 100 seconds when the above condition is met.
 
P0154
 
The ECM detects that the HO2S 1 parameter is between 350-550 mV for 100 seconds.
 
The Throttle Position (TP) Indicated Angle parameter changes more than 5 percent, 1 time.
 
DTC P0154 sets within 100 seconds when the above conditions are met.
 
P0160
 
The ECM detects that the HO2S 1 parameter is between 410-490 mV.
 
The TP Indicated Angle parameter changes more than 5 percent 1 time.
 
DTC P0160 sets within 100 seconds when the above conditions are met.
 
P1153
 
The ECM detects that the HO2S 1 rich-to-lean counts, or the lean-to-rich counts are less than a calibrated value.
 
DTC P1153 sets within 100 seconds when the above condition is met.
 
P2272
 
The ECM detects that the affected sensor is below 730 mV.
 
DTC P2272 sets within 1 second when the above condition is met.

The ECM detects that the HO2S 1 did not transition below 200 mV and above 730 mV during the passive test.
 
One of the following tests fail:
 
The Lean Intrusive Test detects that the sensor is more than 200 mV for 12 seconds.
