REMOVAL & INSTALLATION



  1. Disconnect the negative battery cable.
  2.  
  3. Remove the instrument cluster, and place on a flat, clean, well lighted surface.
  4.  
  5. Turn the cluster upside down and remove the case and circuit board retainer screws.
  6.  
  7. Remove the gauge-to-circuit board retainer nuts, if equipped.
  8.  
  9. Remove the gauge-to-circuit board retainer screws, if equipped.
  10.  
  11. Remove the cluster illumination bulbs, if equipped by turning 1 / 4 turn and lifting the bulbs out.
  12.  
  13. Carefully detach the individual gauge contact tabs from the circuit board.
  14.  
  15. Carefully remove the circuit board assembly.
  16.  

To install:
  1. Lay the circuit board over the rear of the cluster assembly, making sure to proper alignment the gauge-to-circuit board contact holes tabs, or studs.
  2.  
  3. Install the illumination bulbs, if equipped, and turn 1 / 4 turn to lock in place.
  4.  
  5. Install the circuit board retainer nuts or screws, if equipped.
  6.  
  7. Install the circuit board and cluster assembly retainer screws.
  8.  
  9. Install the instrument cluster.
  10.  
  11. Connect the negative battery cable.
  12.  
  13. Start the vehicle, and make sure all the gauges work correctly.
