  1. Locate the pressure regulator on the fuel rail near the injectors.
  2.  
  3. Relieve the fuel system pressure.
  4.  
  5. Disconnect the negative battery cable.
  6.  
  7. Remove the vacuum line leading to the regulator.
  8.  
  9. Loosen the fuel line nuts and remove the regulator.
  10.  
  11. Disconnect the fuel hose and clamp from the regulator assembly.
  12.  
  13. Remove and discard the rubber O-ring from the regulator.
  14.  

To install:
  1. Install the regulator and tighten the fuel line nuts securely.
  2.  
  3. Install the vacuum line on the regulator.
  4.  
  5. Connect the fuel hose to the regulator, and secure in place with a hose clamp.
  6.  
  7. Connect the negative battery cable.
  8.  
  9. Start the engine and check for leaks.
  10.  
  11. Check for correct fuel pressure.
  12.
