  1. Verify the voltage between terminal 2 and ground at connector P34 is approximately 10-12 volts.
  2.  
  3. Turn the ignition switch ON , verify the voltage between terminal 3 and ground at connector P34 is approximately 10-12 volts.
  4.  
  5. Verify the resistance between terminal 9 and ground at connector P34 is 0 ohms.
  6.  

REMOVAL & INSTALLATION

  1. Disconnect the negative battery cable.
  2.  
  3. Remove the driver front seat assembly, and place aside.
  4.  
  5. Lift the carpet up, and unfasten the control unit retainer screws.
  6.  
  7. Unfasten the control unit wire harnesses.
  8.  

To install:
  1. Attach the wire harnesses to the control unit.
  2.  
  3. Position the control unit under the carpet, and secure in place with the retainer screws.
  4.  
  5. Install the driver front seat assembly
  6.  
  7. Connect the negative battery cable.
  8.  
  9. Confirm that the height control system functions correctly before driving the vehicle.
