Possible Causes:



A/FS signal circuit or ground circuit is open (intermittent fault)
 
A/FS is contaminated, damaged or has failed
 
PCM has failed

A/F Sensor-11 (Bank 1 Sensor 1) Slow Response

Possible Causes:



A/F sensor signal circuit or ground circuit is open
 
A/F sensor power circuit is open
 
A/F sensor is contaminated, damaged or has failed
 
Intake air leaks, exhaust manifold leaks or PCV system leaks
 
MAF sensor out of calibration (it may be dirty or contaminated)
 
PCM has failed

A/F Sensor-11 (Bank 1 Sensor 1) Heater Circuit Malfunction

Possible Causes:



A/F sensor heater circuit or ground circuit is open
 
A/F sensor heater power circuit is open
 
A/F sensor heater is damaged or has failed
 
PCM has failed

Possible Causes:

A/F sensor signal circuit or ground circuit is open
 
A/F sensor power circuit is open
 
A/F sensor is contaminated, damaged or has failed

Battery backup circuit is open (check EFI fuse and fuse link)
 
Battery terminals are corroded or loose

OCV (valve) connector is damaged or open
 
OCV (valve) control circuit is open
 
Oil control valve for the VVTL is damaged or has failed
