Valve rocker shaft removal and installation is given as part of the various Cylinder Head Removal and Installation procedures.

Perform only the steps of the appropriate Cylinder Head Removal and Installation procedures necessary to remove and install the rocker shafts. All rocker shaft assemblies may require a prybar to remove them from the head. The 5M-GE engine does not utilize rocker arms shafts. The valves are activated directly by the camshaft.
