REMOVAL & INSTALLATION

  1. Remove the following parts:

    Rear window
     
    Front pillar inner garnish
     
    Front roof side rail garnish
     
    Rear roof side rail garnish
     
    Seat belt guide and base
     
    Front seat belt shoulder anchor bolt
     
    Upper quarter trim board
     
    Center pillar inner garnish
     
    Assist grip
     
    Inside rear view mirror
     
    Sun visor and holder
     
    Interior light
     
    Roof headliner front trim
     

  2.  

  1. Remove the clips and tear off the glued parts of the headliner.
  2.  
  3. Begin with the front support and and remove the supports in turn.
  4.  

To install:
  1. Clean the old adhesive and dirt off of the body.
  2.  
  3. Install the headliner supports through the headliner.
  4.  
  5. Insert the support retainers in the holes in the body.
  6.  
  7. Insert both support ends into the support retainers.
  8.  
  9. Pull the supports up toward the roof to tighten the headliner.
  10.  
  11. Apply a coat of adhesive to the headliner attaching surface of the body and the edge of the headliner.
  12.  
  13. When the adhesive has half dried install the headliner. Attach the headliner by working around the edge and stretching into place. Install the clips.
  14.  

If the headliner is wrinkled, heat the headliner with a hair drier for 30-60 seconds. Use for the shortest time possible.

  1. The remainder of the installation is the reverse of removal.

  1. Remove the following parts:

    Deck carpet, rear seat back and cushion
     
    Rear and side deck trim
     
    Back window side garnish
     
    Center and front pillar inner garnish
     
    Front roof side rail garnish
     
    Rear roof side rail garnish
     
    Seat belt guide and base
     
    Front seat belt shoulder anchor bolt
     
    Upper quarter trim board
     
    Assist grip
     
    Inside rear view mirror
     
    Sun visor and holder
     
    Interior light
     
    Roof headliner front and rear trim
     
    Roof headliner
