LINKAGE

Most late model passenger cars sold in the US have floor mounted shifters, and internally mounted shift linkages. On some older models, the linkage is contained in the side cover which is bolted on the transmission case. All of the other models have the linkage mounted inside the top of the transmission case itself. No external adjustments are needed or possible on any year or model.
