REMOVAL & INSTALLATION

  1. Drain the coolant into a suitable drain pan.
  2.  
  3. Disconnect the 2 radiator hoses.
  4.  
  5. Remove the fan shroud assembly.
  6.  
  7. Disconnect the 2 oil cooler lines at the radiator, if so equipped. Be careful as some oil will leak out. Catch it in a suitable container and plug the lines to prevent oil from escaping.
  8.  
  9. Disconnect the coolant reservoir tube.
  10.  
  11. Remove the 4 radiator mounting bolts and radiator assembly.
  12.  

To install:

  1. Install the radiator and install the four mounting bolts.
  2.  
  3. Connect the 2 oil cooler lines at the radiator, if so equipped.
  4.  
  5. Install the fan shroud assembly.
  6.  
  7. Install the 2 radiator hoses. Connect the radiator reservoir tube.
  8.  
  9. Close the engine and radiator drain cock. Refill the coolant system.
  10.  
  11. Start the engine and check for any leaks. Check the automatic transmission level, add as necessary.

  1. Drain the coolant into a suitable drain pan.
  2.  
  3. Disconnect the 2 oil cooler lines, if so equipped. When removing the lines, remove and lay the washer fluid tank to one side without disconnecting the hoses. Be careful as some oil will leak out. Catch it in a suitable container and plug the lines to prevent oil from escaping.
  4.  
  5. Disconnect the radiator hoses and coolant reservoir hose from the radiator.
  6.  
  7. Remove the fan shroud assembly.
  8.  
  9. Remove upper bolt from the radiator assembly.
  10.  
  11. Raise and safely support the vehicle.
  12.  
  13. Remove the engine under cover assembly.
  14.  
  15. Remove the radiator retaining nuts and bolts and pull the radiator from the frame.
  16.  

To install:

  1. Install the radiator and install the mounting bolts and nuts.
  2.  
  3. Install the engine under cover assembly and lower the vehicle.
  4.  
  5. Install the radiator upper bolt.
  6.  
  7. Connect the 2 oil cooler lines at the radiator, if so equipped.
  8.  
  9. Install the fan shroud assembly.
  10.  
  11. Install the 2 radiator hoses. Connect the radiator reservoir tube.
  12.  
  13. Close the engine and radiator drain cock. Refill the coolant system.
  14.  
  15. Start the engine and check for any leaks. Check the automatic transmission fluid level, add as necessary.
