Possible Causes:



Mass air flow (MAF) sensor has failed or is damaged
 
ECM has failed
 
Signal and ground wires of Mass Air Flow (MAF) sensor has short circuited

TP Sensor Signal Range/Performance

Possible Causes:



Throttle plate is binding, dirty or sticking
 
Throttle valve is damaged or dirty
 
Throttle valve control module is faulty
 
TP sensor signal circuit open (inspect wiring & connector)
 
TP sensor ground circuit open (inspect wiring & connector)
 
TP sensor and/or control module is damaged or has failed
 
MAF sensor signal is damaged, has failed or a short is present
 

Trouble Code: P0128



Intake Air Temperature Sensor 2 Circuit High Input

Possible Causes:



Check the operation of the thermostat (it may be stuck open)
 
ECT sensor or CHT sensor is out-of-calibration, or has failed
 
Inspect for low coolant level or an incorrect coolant mixture

Possible Causes:



Clear the trouble codes and then check for this trouble code. If it resets, the ECM has failed and needs replacement.
 
Remember to check for signs of Aftermarket Performance Products installation before replacing the ECM.
