Disconnect the wiring from the cooling fan and remove the thermostat housing to drain the cooling system.
If the air conditioning coolant hose runs above the radiator, remove the shroud mounting bolts and move the fan and shroud assembly away from the radiator.
Disconnect the radiator hoses and the overflow hose.
Remove the upper brackets bolts and lift the radiator out. If the air conditioning hose does not interfere, the shroud and fan can be removed with the radiator.
Installation is the reverse of removal. After filling the cooling system, run the engine until the fan runs once and check the coolant level again.
