Transaxle 2-3 Shift Solenoid Circuit Malfunction

Possible Causes:



2-3 shift solenoid control circuit is open or shorted to ground
 
2-3 shift solenoid control circuit is shorted to system power
 
2-3 shift solenoid power circuit is open (sets P0753 and P1860)
 
2-3 shift solenoid is damaged or it has failed
 
PCM has failed

TFP Sensor Circuit Intermittent (VT25-E)

Possible Causes:



TFP sensor connector is damaged, open or shorted
 
TFP sensor signal circuit is open or shorted
 
TFP sensor is damaged or it has failed
 
Remove and inspect the control valve body for problems
 
Transmission may be to be replaced to fix this trouble code

TFP Sensor Circuit Low Input (VT25-E)

Possible Causes:



TFP sensor connector is damaged or shorted to ground
 
TFP sensor signal circuit is shorted to ground or low reference
 
TFP sensor is damaged or it has failed

Possible Causes:



Exhaust leak present in the exhaust manifold or exhaust pipes
 
Fuel system is too rich (fuel pressure too high, fuel pressure regulator leaking, or one or more fuel injectors sticking/leaking)
 
HO2S element is silicon, water or fuel contaminated or it failed
