A/C Hose Assembly

A/C Hose Assembly Operation:

Assembly may consist of high-pressure or low-pressure lines that carry refrigerant to each A/C system component and back to the compressor. High-pressure lines on the discharge side carry high-pressure liquid from the compressor through the receiver dryer to the expansion valve inlet. The low-pressure lines on the suction side transmit low-pressure liquids and gases between the expansion valve outlet and the compressor inlet. Fittings may be attached by crimp shells or by special clamps with a built-in spacer gauge.
