Throttle Air Bypass

Throttle Air Bypass Operation:

A computer-controlled valve that regulates the amount of air bypassing the throttle plate to maintain an even idle speed. More air delivers a higher idle and less air, a lower idle. It's used on MFI and TBJ fuel injected engines.
