    Built like a small tank

So after reading reviews and looking at every jump pack on Amazon I settled on the GB70. There simply is no other pack that has quality clamps along with a robust connection to the unit. Every one uses a cheap plastic connector that is simply pushed in to the pack... even the GB40 uses this method but at least it looks a bit beefier and I think it also clips in so it can't just pull out. The GB40 also has a small battery that might not be enough if the vehicle is hard to start. The ones that have an override use a tiny little button on the cheap plastic control box at the end of the clamps instead of a nice big button on the pack.

Reading through the reviews you find busted clamps, burnt wires, exploded batteries, packs that won't charge or hold a charge etc. Looking through the Noco reviews and there is none of that. Yeah, maybe 1 or 2 out of a thousand don't hold their charge but we have no idea how those were stored or charged in the first place. There are no pics or videos anywhere of this thing burning up or breaking. There was only one other that looked decent and that is the Weego44 but that one doesn't have an override so its useless on a dead battery. If these other packs would just get a decent clamp / override system some of them might actually be worth buying.

Bottom line is this is the one to get if you do anything out of town in remote areas where if you need a jump there is no help from anyone. Or for the pros who jump cars all the time and don't want to lug around a traditional pack. The others simply won't hold up in the long run with repeated use and can't be trusted to work when there is no other option.

Pros: Heavy duty clamps, Thick gauge wire connected directly to the pack, Innovative battery gauge, Boost mode that stays on, Included 12v plug

Cons: Slow charge on usb, No Quick Charge for phones, No case, Kind of pricey, Should have voltage meter like GB150
