Installed on 1999 Cadillac Deville. Works great, everything lined up as it should. Does not require removal of the upper radiator hose or radiator if removed from underneath the car. There is an access panel under the alternator, just unbolt the plastic panel going across the bottom of the car and the access panel. Unbolt the passanger fan and push it up and towards the drivers side, and the alternator can be removed and installed.

I like this because it puts out good electricity. A lot more than the recommended original but not to much to overload and drain the battery.

DONT!! Over tighten up the bolt thats on the back to much. Don't ask me how I know . Besides that great alternator I used a 2 guage wire and hooked it up to my optima red top batt and it's charging at 14.60 V solid with the amp turned all the way up. Very good alternator.
