      The battery seems fine, it was a replacement. What really impressed me was your employee who installed the battery for me. It was difficult, he did a great job, was courteous and friendly. It was at the store in Duncanville, TX. I don't recall his name, maybe Ricky.

      I have been a long time/20 years customer of AutoZone, but this is maybe the 1st time that I Had this level of service. Forgive me about the staff members name, I think her name was Yesmina, she was excellent, she was very efficient, intelligent, thoughtful and she new her job well. I was in and out of the store in 8-10 minutes. She exchanged and upgraded my car battery based on the batterie's warranty, thank you again for her excellent service. PS the reason I purchased my battery from AutoZone was I had a negative experience at your competitors store, now because of this level of service and treatment by this staff member I will only shop at Autozone.
