Buick Verano Car Battery

I needed a new, reliable battery and was referred to the Auto Zone store in Fort Mohave, AZ. I was assisted immediately and the battery was installed immediately. The employee who assisted me was courteous, answered my questions, and explained the terms of the battery warranty. So many times male car employees are condescending when dealing with me. This gentleman did not! I will be recommending this Auto Zone store to others. Thanks for enjoyable experience.

I purchased a Duralast battery and the following day my car would not start. I took the car to my mechanic and after checking the battery, he found that it had a dead cell. Jump started the car and went back to Auto Zone. Installed another battery only to find that it had a dead cell. The next battery was tested prior to being installed and it had a dead cell. Finally, the fourth battery tested, and it was good. There appears to be a big problem with quality control. The personnel at Auto Zone gave me great customer service and they seem quite upset that the Duralast Batteries continued to fail. Something is wrong within Duralast for failure to rest a product before it is shipped. I hope that the battery that was installed will provide me reasonable care.

This Duralast Platinum AGM Battery is the best overall battery I have ever purchased it seems to work a lot better than the old acid filled battery's will worth the price hands down.
