Works Great

The guys at the Fernley AutoZone put a load test on my battery. They determined it was bad. The battery I wanted was not in stock. John upgraded me to a better battery at no additional cost. I couldn't be happier. Thanks, AutoZone

Technology advances everywhere but car batteries

Michael Roberts

in 7 months

I have always been a fan of Duralast batteries for everything With the advances in battery technology, I'm confused why car batteries have gone backward. I used to be able to buy Duralast Gold car batteries with a 7-9 year warranty. My most recent car battery only has a 3 year warranty which seems an industry standard. The OEM battery I replaced lasted 11-12 years. In the last 10 years the price of car batteries has doubled but the lifespan is cut in half. I will continue to buy Duralast batteries for the quality. Only now I will have to buy them more often.

What kind of vehicle do you drive? 2010 Dodge Charger, 2005 Chevy Silverado, 2001 Chevy Tahoe, 1980 Jeep CJ-7,
