Truck Came Alive - Duralast Gold

      Rob

      in 6 months

I really liked the selection I was offered and the service from AutoZone. I was in and out with the battery I wanted in minutes, including installation. Ezra was a great salesman and an even better, extremely knowledgeable, car guy. This review is not from an auto DYI person. I go to AutoZone because I'm clueless. In forty years the AutoZone legacy has never let me down.

      Duralast Gold Starts Every Time

      Bill

      in a year

The Duralast Gold works for me, I got about 35,000 miles for the 3 year warranty period. Although I surpass the warranty limit, I may have been able to get another 5,000 miles with enough cranking amp power left in the core but, I didn't think it was a good idea to put extra work on the Alternator. Charging would have kept it going a while but there is no point in burning out the Alternator Coil. In the long run it was worth the money to get a new one.So, I just purchased the same Duralast Gold 65-DLG, and returned the core. Also I recommend a Duralast 800 amp or 1000 amp Portable Jumper Starter, my wife knows that's what I want for Christmas.
