      I really liked the fact that Leah knew what she was talking about and found the battery that fits my car and installed it pretty quick, it's the best service I've had at AutoZone in a long time.

      Buying a new car Battery

      Crazy requirement for getting my core charge: After installing the new battery , I returned to autozone with the old battery with the receipt. The store clerk and manager could not locate my purchase on there computer. After several attempts they told me, the only way I could get my core charge back was to bring in the New battery so they can scan it. CRAZY isn't it. SO I went home, removed the battery, returned back to autozone carrying the old and new battery just so they can scan the new battery. I finally received the money for the core charge. THEN, I drove home and installed the new battery AGAIN. "what a joke". I recommend for anyone buying a battery from autozone: Go to autozone WITH your your old battery. Otherwise you will have the same dumb issue I had.
