I recently returned my Duralast Gold - Duralast Gold Battery BCI Group Size 47 650 CCA H5-DLG battery which happen to fail as the warranty was about to expire, I've never had a battery fail so close to the end of a warranty. I don't think it was defective, but maybe I left and interior light or an accessory on inside my vehicle. Not sure since the vehicle had been out of service and parked for the last 3 weeks. I returned to my go to store located at 20301 Trout Creek Drive, Tampa, and the Manager whose name I learned is Brandon immediately provided my replacement at no cost. I'm a regular customer both in Tampa and Puerto Rico, where I also maintain one of my vehicles and I have to say this situation was a make or break moment for me, and Brandon made me a true believer and Loyal Customer. This not the first time AUTO Zone has stood tall, but this time really got my attention. I hope your company continues to keep great employees in your company. Thanks Brandon!!!
