About Dodge Ram 2500 Ignition Switch

Bigger and bolder than its younger sibling, your Dodge Ram 2500 packs more of a punch and helps you tackle tougher loads. What it doesn't tackle is an inability to start, thanks to a worn-out ignition switch. Replace yours with a new Dodge Ram 2500 ignition switch from AutoZone today.

Having a powerful engine in your Ram 2500 means nothing if you aren't able to start it. Ignition switches get dirty and worn out, causing them to lose the ability to send the signal your Ram 2500 needs to start up. A new ignition switch for Dodge Ram 2500, available at AutoZone, solves that problem. When you're in the market for affordable replacement parts that match, look no further than AutoZone.

Dislike: the switch turns really tight. But that could also be a good thing, especially if you leave the keys in the ignition, and you have children. Like I said in the review title, having the right tools helps. A long T15 driver and a T20 torx bit is all that’s needed. Pictures of how it’s put together helps for reassembly, and don’t worry about the dinging when you plug the new switch in. Once you turn the key on to run, it’ll program to the vehicle and key, and you’re good once you shut the switch off.
