      Very solid build quality, hopefully it will last the same 32 years as the last one. This was recommended to be changed when you do the starter. Appearance wise it looks good and solid with quality copper and plastic parts. If it looked cheap, it wouldn't be going on my truck.

      The solenoid works perfectly. Easy to install but the mounting screws were very hard to disconnect from the starter. I had to drill them out and hunted for days to replace them. Finally found them at a rebuild shop. Manufacture really should put 2 new mounting screws in the box as well.

      After going to another auto parts store and getting one that the post broke by tightening and not by hand I ended up getting one from AutoZone the quality was 10 times better than the other parts store
