Jeep CJ7 Starter Solenoid

The Jeep was cranking slower and slower - even with a new battery. I found a large voltage drop across the old solenoid when cranking, so I needed to replace it. I read a bunch of reviews of various solenoids before I bought this one. It was rated the best. It wasn't stocked locally so the store ordered it for me, but I had it the next day. It's clear that some manufacturers don't build to high standards anymore, but not true of this Duralast unit. The Jeep hasn't started this well since it was new. I'll buy Duralast again as it's clear they still have QC in their manufacturing process.
