Originally I bought the other starter but it wasn’t fitting properly and making a loud grinding noise when engaging on the flywheel probably not a good casing so I bought this one I noticed that the casing had a better machined fitment and it worked great on my 2000 Honda prelude base model .

Put a 3 instead of a 2 because the part went in perfectly, but it still doesn’t start my car good. I mean good as in it was meant for my car. I drive a 95 prelude. But yes it does start my car and yes it was easy to install.

Went out within 10 minutes. Installed it and as I was driving down the road smoke started coming out. Long story short story got stuck in the on position and burned out. It was smoking and when I went to go check it burned my hand.
