      My rear disc brakes were badly worn on one side due to a stuck caliper pin. I had to clean out the old calipers and install new caliper pins. It is a bit more expensive to replace the caliper pins, but it can save money in the long run by making sure the brake pads wear evenly.

      Simple fix for replacing old caliper pin

      Product fit as expected and made it easy to replace old caliper pin that was not gliding smoothly. Makes for a very fast repair that will help brake pads and rotors wear more evenly. Note: Be sure to also replace the rubber boots as well [Duralast Pin Boot Kit 16189] and to lubricate the pins thoroughly with synthetic grease like AGS Sil-Glyde Brake Lubricant 0.14oz which you can pick up next to the register when checking out.
