      Ford Mustang Brake Pads

Have you noticed a significant decrease in braking power or a slight delay in your car's braking response? Both of these could mean that your brake pads have become worn out and require immediate replacement. When they wear down, brake pads increase the braking distance needed to stop the car safely, so replacing them as soon as possible should be your priority. AutoZone offers a range of high-quality Ford Mustang brake pads from brands like Duralast that you can choose from.

Brake pads aren't overly expensive, although pricing will vary depending on which manufacturer you go for as well as the material of the brake pads themselves. As a general rule of thumb, Ford Mustang brake pads replacement cost can be as low as $16 for semi-metallic pads and over $100 per axle for some of the more premium offerings. If your Mustang is a daily driver, most brake pads will serve you just fine, but if you do track work or you enjoy canyon carving on a weekend, you may want to buy performance-oriented brake pads.

At AutoZone, it's easy to find brake pads for your Ford Mustang that are direct OEM replacement components. With Same Day Delivery, getting your order has never been easier and more convenient.

I was somewhat disappointed with the anti-rattle springs as they seem to be rather loose, but after installation and test ride no problem.

Good OEM Replacements based on 2 week time frame

ok - so these are decent replacements for the OEM brake pads that came with my 2014 Ford Mustang GT Premium. I have not heard a single sound out of these pads - even with a hard brake. I'm pleased with that for sure. In terms of stopping power, I'd say they are basically equivalent to what I had before with the OEM pads when they were new. I don't drive crazy or slam on brakes as a matter of habit, so I haven't tested the Duralast pads to that extent, but with how people drive these days, it is only a matter of time. So far, I'd say these are good for the price/value.
