They do not destroy the rotors.

I've used this product since 2016. I've tried the ceramic and they scored the rotors badly in only 30,000 miles. These haven't let me down and I don't need a resurface or replacement rotors for 40,000 - 50,000 miles. This is with Long distance highway use with heavy loads 8,000 -10,000 pounds in trailer. Very happy with them.
