Know your vehicle’s intended use before purchase

These pads are excellent for quiet everyday use, and shouldn’t leave a lot of dust on your wheels because they are ceramic. But if you plan on doing a lot of towing, then a semi metallic pad would be better recommended. I only tow lightly and occasionally so these should be good for me.

If you have dexterity, you can do it!

103,000 miles on my Toyota tundra and it was definitely time to change my brake pads. I watched several different YouTube videos on people that goes step-by-step on how to change brake pads, and I just duplicated it. I do believe you should take a picture of what it looks like before you take it apart so that there is no question on how yours should look when you finish. It was my first time I ever did brake pads, And I am extremely happy with the quality of the product and the job I was able to do. Like I said in the title if you have dexterity you can do it!
