We visited the store on Edward Miller Blvd., Martinsburg, WV during evening hours. When we enter the store, there was no sign of any employee. We were in the store for approximately 10 minutes before someone came in from outside. We did not observe this employee when we came in, so I’m not sure where he was. After he came in another employee came from somewhere in the back. At that time there was one other customer in the store but I have to say that if someone had wanted to they could’ve walked out of that store with just about anything. We have always found your parts to be satisfactory and the prices are good. In the past I have not had any problems in the store . After we purchased for rotors and a set of pads, they were unwilling to even help load them in the car. Luckily, I had my two granddaughters with me that were able to lift them into the car. I suggest you do a review of the employees in that store during evening hours.
