real fog light

Hard to put in my truck because hard to get to.works good like a real fog light because they are yellow. Make sure you use rubber gloves when putting them in so they don't brun out from the oil on your hands.

I have had some issues with the headlights on my '08 Honda Ridgeline with 1 of them stopping to work. Not always the same side. I also want to get the brightest, whitest light that I can get. I thought it might be time to try LED. The package is expensive but if they last longer, then it is a good swap to the older bulbs. Replacement was easy, the LED lights are set up for the bulb receptacle just like the standard bulbs. Remove the power supply. Remove the boot that covers the bulb receptacle. and undo the clip that holds the bulb in place and then remove the bulb. Take the new LED and put it in the same receptacle, look for the tabs and how they go in the receptacle. Reattach the clip and plug the new LED cord into the power receptacle for the bulb. The boot, according to my mechanic, isn't needed any more. There will be extra power cord and that can just be left hanging. You're done. I have a little gap at the power connection so I'm going to wrap some electrical tape around the connector for water protection. I haven't driven at night yet but having the lights on during the day looks like a brighter, whiter light. IF your plastic lens is cloudy, get a cleaner for them and clean the lens. Now is a good time to do that. You will see much better at night.
