Liked the lift support. I needed it for my truck hood. The lifts were shot and wouldn’t hold up the hood and it was a safety issue. New ones I put in worked like a charm.

It was very easy to change these out , only need screwdriver to pull clips , old one pull off and new ones pop right on , did by myself by using a2x4 to hold hood up for me. Only took 30 minutes because had to get right size 2x4, only took 15 minutes to change them.i also took rubber bumpers off old factory supports by cutting a slit and putting on new ones and add a drop of super glue where I cut it to hold it Togo, you can also do this to repair an o ring that is too big to make it smaller so it will fit
