Works like OEM.

Fits just like OEM - no better, no worse. Operation afterwards was exactly the same. This does not include the motor which you will transfer over from your previous regulator. Comes with new self-tapping screws to attach the motor, but you could easily just reuse your original ones. There are little rubber covers that come installed on the mounting screws to protect them.
