      It fits perfectly and has the whole system with the cables and arm, just saved the old bolts and use some of them as the new one has only some of the bolts. Watch a youtube video to install it. Works smoothly.

      After completing the DDM (driver door module) window relearn procedure the auto up/down function works. Easy install be sure to have some masking tape on hand to hold up the window.

      Installed this part on a 2003 Honda Odyssey - passenger side door. The install went great - all threaded holes lined up perfectly. The motor drives the window up and down smoothly.
