      Ford Crown Victoria AC Compressor

The spacious interior of your Crown Victoria provides a comfortable ride, but when the air conditioner's on the fritz, that ride can become unpleasant. Check the Ford Crown Victoria AC compressor before you add Freon. AutoZone carries the replacement that fits your car to cool your cabin again.

An AC compressor for Ford Crown Victoria compresses the liquid refrigerant, and then sends it to the air condenser. It's transformed into a gas and circulated through the system's hoses. It then goes through a cooling process that sends the chilled air through your vents, before reverting to a liquid state and returning to the compressor to repeat the process. When you purchase a Crown Victoria air conditioning compressor from AutoZone, you get more than the part. We also offer trustworthy advice provided by helpful staff, a Loan-a-Tool Program and more.

Suitable replacement for work out factory unit

      Mark

      in a year

This rebuilt unit was a good replacement for my factory compressor, which was starting to give up after about 18 years of service. It was well-packaged, and came pre-filled with 3 oz of PAG oil. It was an exact fit, and now I have ice-cold air in my '05 Ford. Be sure to follow the instructions and turn the shaft by hand after installation before charging to push out the pre-filled oil.
