1. make sure this matches original part 2. Put a jack on rear of engine to clear front bolt past the metal frame. 3. remove lines and put tape over the ends to keep out dirt 4. remve original part 5. Added the PAG oil - 2013 Edge is 4 Oz 6. Leave plugs over holes securely 7. install completely 8. Remove one plug at a time and securely fasten the A/C hoses. 9. Attache A/C pressure guages securoely High side and low side 10. connect vacuum pump and evacuate system 11. once Vacuum established crack a can of R134a - 1/2 can then evacuate system with vacuum pump. 12. add one can refrigerant R134A per vehicle instruction on A/C Plaque front of vehicle. 13. disconnect everything and put caps back n the attachment ports. 14. enjoy Cold A/C Note this did not cover flushing a system with a failed compressor if compressor sieved the entire system MUST be Flushed and evacuated to remove ALL metal from lines otherwise new Compressor will fail within a week.
