      I noticed that the AC was hot on one side of the GMC Acadia, so I took off the old Blend Door Actuator. Once I took off the old one, I saw one of the plastic gears had cracked! Adding this new one was easy and did the trick!

      I have a 2011 GMC Acadia Denali with the dual zone Controls. This is a great replacement for the passenger side blend door. It's considered the Auxiliary actuator but it works just fine.

      It's the middle of summer in Phx AZ, and my wife's truck began blowing hot air from the driver side air vents and would not switch to cold. After having it diagnosed at the dealership, I bought the part and replaced it at home. This A/C blend door actuator is built well and has been working as expected.
