      Rear A/C had been making a click noise, typical of a jumpy Blend Motor Actuator failure, eventually stopped cooling. After removing panel covers to access Rear A/C, the noise source was confirmed to be from Blend Actuator. Hot air duct and three main unit holding bolts were removed to slightly separate the unit from wall to be able to remove the two main screws of the Actuator Motor with a lever Phillips Screwdriver. Do not force the Freon Lines while removing Actuator Motor to prevent leaks of Freon lines.
