      Works great! It starts slowly at the beginning for about 2 to 3 seconds and then goes up at full speed blowing air. i want to believe that it was manufactored that way to avoid wire melting since the oem absorbs to much energy and probably that was the reason got melted after years of use. the oem resistor that i had it would start at high speed immidiately but the red wire got melted and pin in the resistor got burned. i don't mind waiting 2 to 3 seconds when i turn it on as long it works at full speed. I tested this new resistor from autozone on heat and cold. everthing works great!
