It does fit in just right in 1999 Acura CL 2.3L. The only thing with it. Must have correct radiator cap #5716

Upper mounting tabs were wider than original

This is supposed to be a direct replacement for a 2002 Acura CL Type S. While I was able to make it fit (because I didn't have a lot of options) there were some issues. 1st - for the (4) electric fan mounting bolts, the radiator came with 4 new square nuts. Be sure to check them before you add them to the radiator because 1 of the 4 wasn't even threaded. So when the bolt wouldn't start and I realized there were no threads I had to pry it out and take one from the old radiator... not a big deal. 2nd - the locating posts on top of the radiator were spaced farther apart than those on the original radiator which did not allow the brackets to fit over them and line up with the mounting bolt holes. I ended up having to oversize the mounting holes on the brackets to the inside so they can turn enough to fit over these wider posts. The original radiator measured 25-3/4" center to center of these posts but this direct replacement measured 26-1/4"... so 1/2" wider (which seems like a big miss on a direct replacement). Other than that it seems to be fine and not leak. Only time will tell how it holds up. Hope this helps.
