            Fitment issue

Not a bad product and this review isn’t meant to reflect poorly on the product but this doesn’t fit my 2004 envoy xl v8. So I’m assuming it only actually fits v6 models even with auto-zone saying it fits. I’m sure the product works fine, if you have a v6.

            Leaks and failures abound

            Dean

I installed the product after my original radiator failed, and found that there was a leak at the overflow nozzle so it leaks from there, but that's not the important failure. Several weeks after I installed the product, the transmission lines that run into the bottom had disengaged and spat transmission fluid all over the bottom of my car and the freeway at speed. The fittings for the transmission lines have clips that are meant to hold them in, but these were malformed from the start and would not hold the lines in, causing the main failure. Luckily, these receptacles were easy to replace, but it would have been better if this wasn't a problem I had to deal with and face a transmission replacement.
