Perfect fit, good value, works as expected

Solid value for replacement, daily driver. There are better, more expensive options for the Jeep 4.0, but unless you are rock crawling in the desert, this will do just fine.

I was worried about ordering a radiator and having it shipped to me, but I figured I could always return it at a local Autozone and maybe they would swap it out for one in stock. By ordering it online, I got the discount and got the price down to a more reasonable price point. The original radiator had metal end caps and this one's were plastic. They seem like pretty good quality, but I was extra careful with them. Only issue I had was the overflow nipple was pretty much smooth pipe and should of had a larger barb on the end of it. I had a minor leak there and pushed it on further and later added a hose claimp. I thought the upper tank was leaking, but I guess the factory clamp just didn't seal the hose to the new radiator and I needed to readjust it. No problems after the two adjustments! All the original bolts, hoses, and tanks fit up like OEM. I'd buy it again!!!

Great part overall.

The first immediate thought that crossed my mind was the ease to fit. It -quite literally, slid right in. Almost no fastening necessary which made my labor a whole lot easier and in less time than expected. The only reason I did not give the full 5 stars is because I had to re-work the bottom lines (transmission) which come at a 3/8 male and, this radiator has a 1/4 female port. There is no adaptor in the market for it. Granted, IT DOES come with the replacement fittings for the lines, I just thought it would have been better not to go through the trouble of replacing the entire bottom lines, specially because my Jeep came with hard lines instead of hoses. Other than that, great part overall!
