This thermostat was a perfect fit for my 2015 Chevy Silverado LTZ 5.3L. It was super easy to replace as well. My engine was running cold and I knew that was an issue. So the old thermostat was running open, it was running at 180 degrees or below. Now it's back at the factory 207 degrees. This helps the engine run better and fuel to burn more efficiently. One trick is that the old gasket was stuck to the engine when I removed the old one, you can just grab it with some pliers and peel it off. Don't reuse that old gasket just cause it's stuck there. This unit comes with a brand new gasket.
