Perfect fit

Thermostat/housing fit great in 2007 Ford Focus. No need for additional seals. Beware the working room is crazy tight and be careful not to strip the 8mm bolts. Also, check the cylinder head temperature sensor before replacing this. Could save you from replacing water pump, radiator and thermostat trying to locate the overheating problem.

Worked as advertised

Christian

in 2 years

Bought this to replace the one on my 07 Ford Focus se with the 2L as the lower elbow on the original metal one got a pin hole in it and was leaking. Worked as advertised and holes lined up well. This part was redesigned slightly be being made of plastic/composite and changing the lower elbow, unfortunately that change made the lower elbow slightly shorter and I had to cut and splice in another 2 inches or so of tubing for it to fit.
