Fit just like the old one, as hard getting the new one as it was getting the old one out.

For the most part it was a fairly easy install on a 2014 Ford f-150 5.0. I was not sure if I needed any gasket seal, bought some but did not end up using it. It got kinda messy and it is awkward as heck to work on. Other that that you just disconnect hoses let it drain, unbolt the pump and put the new one on. Just retrace your steps. The hardes part was prying the old water pump off the front of the block. Hope this is helpful
