No more leak

My 2009 car still had the factory water pump, a testament to the craftsmanship to Toyota it lasted so long. Technically the pump was still working but the gaskets were all rotted out and it was probably a matter of time it would completely fail, I saw the leak. My mechanic offered to order one but I knew there would be an upcharge for something i can get. I went to the toyota website to get a price comparison of oem and the pump is discontinued. Did some more shopping and found the best deal at AutoZone for Duralast which I know is quality brand and since i bought it I have the warranty.

I bought thiswater pump today Jan 9 2018.it fit perfectly and so far works great. It seems like a quality part.it weighed about the same as the original. It is a aftermarket pump for my Toyota. The housing is slightly thinner then the original. So it required two shorter bolts to be installed.I bought the bolts separately. But when I opened box. I was happy to see that the two needed bolts were included.time will tell if the part will last but because everything I needed was included in the box.I highly recommend it
