AutoZone Ranked #39 in World’s Best Employers for 2021
We are honored to be included in the 2021 Forbes and Statista World’s Best Employers award list. AutoZone was ranked #39 out of the 750 multinational companies and institutions highlighted from 58 countries around the world in the World’s Best Employers list. Plus, AutoZone is one of only 236 U.S.-based companies and the only automotive aftermarket retailer to make this list.
Companies were rated on a variety of attributes including image, economic footprint, talent development, gender equality and social responsibility. To develop this list, Forbes partnered with Statista, a market research company, to survey 150,000 full- and part-time employees where survey participants ranked their own employers and evaluated other employers in respective industries.
